First he is dead, then alive but the tapes are fake. So the only logic is he fled Baghdad or is still there hiding like a coward with civilians or in some bunker tunnell under the Tigris-AND he made the tape cause he got SO MAD that our government said the tapes were fake.THEREFORE we track him and smell him out and gain intel.

The lighting in that video is funky. The shadow over his body is so dark, its hard to see Saddam. My money is on the fact its a double or a prior videotape. He's dead or pretending he's MR. POTATOHEAD.
