It's doubtful we'd even have to be dealing with Hussein right now if Powell hadn't been so concerned with doing the "honorable" thing and leaving Saddam's Republican Guard intact and strong enough to destroy opposition to his ruthless regime. Don't you love government? The only job where you can totally F--K up and get promoted. ANyone else nervous because much of the same crew that left the last Gulf War unfinished are running the show again?
