Good job on a good rally! I'll have to come back and read all the details tomorrow.

If there were any there from Dallas, I never saw them, but the crowd was so large that I could have easily missed them.

I thought there were supposed to be at least 15-20 Dallas freepers there. I hope they finally caught up with some of the local Freepers. Maybe they'll check in later. If I could remember who all told me they were going, I'd ping them.

Good job Austin!

So I don't want to start another thread to tell about the rally in San Marcos, Tx (30 miles south of Austin) a couple of ladies organized it and I found out about it about 3 days before. It was held 1 hour before the Austin rally so I sent my hubby. He said that about 300-400 attended. When I drove by on my way to Austin they had signs on each corner of the courthouse and lots of flags. They also had yellow ribbons all over.

Way to go ladies! Not much notice and a great turnout for a small town.
