I think we should put
this guy in charge of Iraq when we destroy Saddam.
The article makes an interesting point about the meticulous recordkeeping by the Baathists. In one of his rare good moments, Hans Blix mentioned that he was suspicious about the lack of good records documenting destruction of WMDs in a country that otherwise keeps excellent records.
