Your wrong. If Sr. had won reelection we would have still have had the mess...he did not deal with it the first time. Remember he tried propping up Gorby because he desired Stability over Freedom. If Gore had won, and he got the popular vote, it would not have mattered who got the Congress and there would be no war today.
