YES and... Thousand Oaks/Westlake/Camarillo/Simi/Oak Park still lean conservative. We have Elton Gallegly and Tony Strickland who both tend to win by wide margins. Don't lump all of us Californians together. By the way, Ventura COunty has two military bases with heros serving right now.
