Re. my "doctoring" of the headline, check out the actual article--it is authentic. It is also common practice, understood by most FReepers, for the poster of an article to add additional info. in brackets to provide more background. And as I said, I took that straight from the article's first sentence. Pick apart the article all you like, but scrap the slander.
That said, I'll ping the busy Admin Moderator.

Not from my many years of experience here. Most of the time the poster is called on it, because a majority of the time it alters the premise of the article.

The shells are apparently not the type containing a typical explosive warhead, but are of a type that could be used only for nonexplosive, chemical or biological substances- the latter are designed to disperse the substances, not kill with fire, concussion, and shrapnell. Though, given that both must transit the barrel of the same gun, propelled in the same way, there are likely to be marked similarities.
