Black Muslim Traitors--We have met the enemy
FrontPageMagazine.com ^ | March 25, 2003 | David Horowitz

Suppose the traitor who rolled three grenades into the tents of our soldiers in Iraq, killed a captain and wounded 15 others, was a member of Jerry Falwell's Thomas Road Baptist Church or Robert Schuller's Crystal Cathedral. Do you think his picture might be on the evening news or page one of the New York Times? In fact, the culprit, Asan Akbar (aka Mark Fidel Kools) is a black Muslim from South Central Los Angeles, and a member of the Masjid Bilal Islamic Center there. What this incident would show us, if the press were doing its job, is that there is a connection between the ideas people devote themselves to and what they wind up doing. (The fact that Akbar's former middle name -- which looks adopted as well -- is "Fidel" is probably not without significance either.)

Last July, the spiritual leader of the Nation of Islam, Louis Farakhan, traveled to Baghdad and had this to say: "The Muslim American people are praying to the almighty God to grant victory to Iraq." What people say they often wind up doing. America needs to wake up to the fact that there is an army of people in this country, some Muslim some not, who identify with our enemies and pray for their victory. On this website, we have called them the Fifth Column left. This has made many people on the left angry at us. It is suggested that we lack the proper respect for First Amendment rights and values and that accusing dissenters and opponents of the war of betraying this country has a chilling effect on speech. It certainly does, but it is also the case that real traitors hide behind free speech rights and that ideas do have consequences.

In fact, we have never accused critics of the war of being members of a Fifth Column or traitors for opposing the war. We have always been specific in identifying those opponents (and only those opponents) who attack America and its leaders in irrational and and apocalyptic terms, and those opponents who are members of self-styled revolutionary parties who identify with America's enemies like Communist North Korea. "Dissenters" who are willing to break the law and tie up Homeland Security forces during a high terror alert also identify themselves as enemies of America and its people, since they are prepared to endanger their fellow citizens' lives and to actively aid and abet an enemy force.

Examples of irrational and apolocalyptic hatred are easy to come by. "Bush is the disease. Death is the cure" is example taken from a Los Angeles demonstration against the war. We live in a democracy, where the people are sovereign and elect their leaders. Calling for death to the President, or revolution for that matter, are signals of criminal intention, and need to be taken as such. "We Support Our Troops When They Shoot Their Officers" -- a banner paraded at an illegal demonstration in San Francisco -- is another sign of criminal and treasonous intent. Those who participate in illegal efforts to sabotage homeland defense, and who proclaim irrational hatred of America and its leaders are telling us something it is important that we hear. They are telling us who they are. They are telling us that they are at war, and that we are their enemy. They deserve to be taken seriously, not for their sake, but for ours.

Political correctness will be our ultimate downfall if we continue down its path.

We need to heed this article's message.

Farrakhan has made his objectives very clear. There are Black Muslims in this country that will follow that message.

Hitler made his message abundantly clear in the twenties and thirties. "Mein Kampf" was a blueprint for every one of his programs, and he never deviated. Nobody listened, except for his Nazi cohorts. Look at the price we paid.

We need to be honest with ourselves.

Hey, these murders were NOT from Islamic terrorists (whom we should kill)
but frustrated engineers. So say's the media.

The media is on the side of the terrorists.
Peter Jennings, who is always eager to defend Islamic terrorists,
gives away factoids of US weapons' limitations during battle
and the position of US forces to their enemies anytime.

HEY, PETER JENNINGS, WHAT THIS TIME DID YOU SAY
HOW MANY AMERICAN PATRIOTS HAVE YOU HURT TODAY?

They deserve to be taken seriously, not for their sake, but for ours.

I suspect that there was some fear that taking them seriously (i.e., giving them what they deserve in terms of police and legal treatment) would merely call more attention to them and even encourage the moderate left to become more extreme out of sympathy. But it is apparent that just ignoring them has only made them bolder, and I think it's about time to take this problem seriously.

Someone commented on another thread that Ashcroft probably has more important things to worry about right now, which is true. But we have many existing laws that cover the kind of things these people are doing, and all we need is the institutional (police and justice system) will to enforce them.

This disgusting nut needs to be executed immediately.

Give him his fair trial and get it over with..

Our Troops need to know just where we all stand.

Kill this bastard so that the next mental case will know what lies in store for him!

Every move that the US takes now is important.

This is not the time for Political BS!

Akbar's act was treason, pure and simple! He should be executed in the field, and his body left for the buzzards (after he is doused in pig fat)!

I firmly believe that anyone who makes public statements such as Farrakhan did, in time of war, ought to be arrested for sedition.

But I also firmly believe that guilt by association is so opposite constitutional principles that I don't even want to discuss it.

Akbar is going to be court-martialed at Fort Campbell, KY, and I suspect will eventually be executed.

What's important now is to act against those who inspired Akbar's deed, including -- I imagine -- the Wahhabi chaplains in the military.

Asan Akbar attended a mosque named after one of Mohammed's black slaves, Bilal.

MOHAMMED OWNED BLACK SLAVES

http://216.239.51.100/search?q=cache:E6R1ok-kNs8C:www.blackapologetics.com/blacknorafrican.html+Mohammed%27s+black+slaves,+Bilal&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

Mohammed referred to blacks as slaves. He even owned several black slaves. Bilal, Abu Hurairah, Usama Ebn Zayyed, and a "Ghullaam" (youth) named Rabbah, were among Mohammed's slaves.

Even in modern times, in Saudi Arabia the homeland of Islam, the common word for "black" is "Abd" meaning slave.

Sadly I believe you are right. Probably get off on "diminished capacity" or some such rubbish.

Louis Farakhan, traveled to Baghdad and had this to say: "The Muslim American people are praying to the almighty God to grant victory to Iraq."

Can't Farkhan's US citizenship be revoked at least? Couldn't he exile in some Islamic country since his loyalties are with them?

It's too much of a political hot potato to allow him back into the U.S. for a media circu and trial. I shoot him right there.

You don't have to blame PC for any defeat. History shows, from the cavemen days to the present, your house-country cannot survive with traitors inside your walls. There is a revolution taking place in the USofA. Loose in Iraq and we will loose the USofA.

All the understood lines between acceptable and unacceptable "free speech" have broken down. We need to define a line between free speech and treason. That line was crossed in the 1960s, and has been ever since.

Unfortunately the only line there is has been redrawn by the politically correct. If someone shouted out to kill blacks, or homosexuals, at a public rally, every media outlet in the country would attack them and they would soon find themselves in jail. If they had called on people to kill clinton they would have found themselves in jail. But it's OK to call on people to kill Bush or our own troops, because they aren't politically correct.

Jane Fonda in Vietnam set a precedent. Bill clinton in Oxford set a precedent.

It's not yet the end of our country, but it's a very sad and dangerous situation.
