Ok, gotta admit I was disappointed with his sidestepping the the Gitmo detainees.

He didn't really sidestep it but the legal status of the Gittmo folks are extremely complex. The bottom line is that they are treated well. Let's just say that Ari didn't fall for her little trap to call them POWs.
