Wow. That's an amazing statistic. I'm glad we are being careful about civilian casualties but I hate the thought of losing our guys because of it.

And may I add, that in the few stories I've read of "human shields" who encountered civilian Iraqis and learned that they want us there, one thing was clear: The innocent Iraqis trust us to not harm them and know our target is the bad guys.

Obviously carpet bombing would get the job done, but the fact that we don't is not PC, it is merciful.
