The Airborne, as I recall, has a rather limited tolerence for this sort of thing.

Even if he does survive to return to civilian life, he will likely be looking behind him and not sleeping well for quite some time to come, wherever he tries to hide.

I for one rather expect that sooner or later, in one way or another, Justice will be served.
