Lacy mention the terrorists may have been contractors. Says the Bn Intl Officer is taking control and doing well. Lacy says he was once in service, sounds like he know what he is talking about. Was not condecending to military. he's from Time Mag (Even acorns are found in manure piles)and Wolfie cut him off.
