So ironic how these same libs used to criticize Reagan because he, "was just an actor."

Yes, but Reagan had a degree (with honors I think) in Economics before he ever went into acting. That was a degree earned in the 1930s when just getting into college meant that you were a damn smart person. Entrance exams then were tough as hell.
