Before going to a Support Our Troops rally (actually it was a counter-Anti-War protest) I spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME looking for great slogans.

Because we were going to this anti-war protest just outside the gates of MacDill Air Force Base - Home of CentCom we wanted wanted our message to be clearly positive for the troops!

Later on though with the lib whakkos sometimes screaming obscenities (there might have been one or two from our side - but who's counting ;) I wished I'd had a few of these slogans just to have something pithy, funny or thought provoking to yell at the libs!

I actually stood behind a gal who had a small megaphone who was sort of running out of things to say so I fed her a few slogans that I remembered to keep her going but I ran out fast.

"Hey Ho Sadaam's got to go" - gets old real quick!

Soooo ... to save FReepers valuable time I thought I'd post most of those I found. Very little editing done here - I put it in a table just to save space if you wanted to print'em out and take'em to your next rally-counterprotest.

My sign at Cincinnati Rally , March 12, was , on one side==LIFE, LIBERTY, and the persuit of those that threatened them! and on the other side SUPPORT OUR TROOPS--SUPPORT OUR PRESIDENT BUSH. And on both sides I left enough room for BUSH-CHENEY stickers I had left over from election! Acrylic, deep blue paint was used , with a paint brush wide enough to make letters readable from at least sixty feet away with no problem! Oh and I sprayed each side with one coat of KRYLON, acylic, Crystal Clear, protective coating, to prevent sign letters from running if it rains, which happens sometimes!
