"Assessment can be inaccurate and it can take a long time for patients to be diagnosed." That strikes me as funny. Wouldn't you be clued in when every time you were around other people they were always saying "what is that smell?" Or if your friends all called you fishbreath?
On a serious note, I am sure this would be a horrible thing to have to live with. Too bad that it doesn't selectively target perverts.
