I don't like full on Country or Bluegrass music so their type of music appealed to me. I liked the two sister's musical ability also, was not ecstatic about the vocals. Oh-well, I won't lose much sleep over not listening to them anymore. I pray that Metallica doesn't say anything like this, I'd cry for days if I couldn't ever listen to them again.

My favorite band as a teenager was The Animals (the original version, not the psychedelic one), and Eric Burdon later went very far left. But his political opinions are uninformed tin-hat stuff, and he's washed up, so it doesn't matter any more what he thinks.
