"they found a growth in my head somewhere between [the size of] a golf ball and a tennis ball. I was very fortunate that it was benign." The benign tumor was removed, but it is legitimate, we feel, to wonder if brain damage was involved. Specter is, however, by all accounts a very sharp guy and probably had some to spare.

I predict that sheer EXHAUSTION will hamper specter in the primary.
