I understand. But it's not as if foreign passengers are going to be any more docile than Americans are.

They don't have to hijack an American plane.I'm much more worried about a foreign carrier being hijacked or blown up as it comes into America than any other airliner hijacking scenario. (blowing it up might not be a big deal, but they could blow it up over a city, as the plane came in to land, or something..)
