I am actually weeping as I type this note. He was a wonderful man and a great influence on our children and myself. You are so right leadpenny. He would want us to say " It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood". I am sure he is resting in the arm of God right now. God Bless his memory!

My teenage daughter broke the news to me, knowing how much I admire him. (When I was pregnant with her and very sick for a few weeks he was one of the only things I would turn on TV...he was so soothing it really comforted me.) As a child I adored Lady Aberlin especially! :) He truly left the world a much better place than he found it.
