I suppose that in North Korea it means stocking up on extra food supplies, such as grass and tree bark.

If it's a NoKo citizen you're talking about, he takes a lot of vitamin E to combat those horrid age spots that appear on malnourished skin in response to radiation.

And stretching exercises. You know, those wierd slo-mo Asian versions of warm-ups, so they won't pull a muscle when they bend over and kiss their asses goodbye.
