The name Abu al-Bara'a is unfamiliar. Can someone provide biodata? It appears it is unfamiliar to Google as well, can find nothing even though I accepted some of the alternative spellings Google offered, it kept coming up with unrelated or no results.
You have put your finger on my problem with DEBKA! It throws out all this garbage and provides no underpinning for its claims. As far as I'm concerned Abu al-Bara'a is a fictitious character until DEBKA can prove otherwise.
