I don't know, but it looks more like: 1) Yo, Oush (a misspelling of the word Ouch--which I could understand, I mean, it's cold, and they likely are the product of a leftist, misspent education); 2) No PUSH (an homage to Jesse Hi-Jackson). In any case, they didn't even gather up enough bodies to make a capital B. It's reassuring to know that the numbers aren't too high for this kind of rabid stupidity.
