If there was a "fault" here, it was this lack of discrimination amongst the ethnic Japanese. However, I will defer to the Supreme Court, which made this very point but also pointed out that it was a military call based on the exigencies of the moment.
By the way, i hold nobody here thinks that people of Japanese ancestry consitute one of the "races" (people keep throwing around the term racism in conncection with this incident).
