That's exactly my point. We need objective tests to establish someone's 'minority status'. We need physical measurments, approved nose shapes and eye colors, IQ ranges, tooth color, DNA characteristics. We can not just do it by ear.

And the Supreme Court should tell us EXACTLY how to decide if someone is a minority or not.

And, if I go further into this, how about some badge or some form of identification?
