Prenious to 1973 homosexuality was listed in the diagnostic manuals and texts as a serious mental disorder. It was delisted although about 70% of psychiatrists still beleived it to be a mental disorder. In successive years and generations increasingly few mental health professionals accept it as a disorder as sales movements from the media and homosexual liberation fronts have taken hold.

Most arguments for or against homosexual rights hinge on whwther or not homosexual9ity is viewed a form of pathology.

Very good article. I am visiting my oldest son near D.C. He and his wife have become friends with a homosexual couple that he works with. He wanted to debate me on the issue. He first wanted to argue that he doesn't believe it is sin. I just went right to much of what written in this article. He had to agree with me. They are no more born to this sick lifestyle then pedifiles, or perverts who desire animals.

Consider: a person who remains unpersuaded by a reminder of the obvious truth has revealed himself to be an intellectual reprobate for whom facts are ultimately meaningless.

What may be gleaned from this exchange is that one can never truly come to a common understanding with a "gay" sophist, since he or she cares only about winning and not about the truth.

Yet there are many people who merely parrot "gay" rhetoric and who are really victims of sophistry, not sophists themselves. These people are persuadable.

The Supreme Court recognizes minority status only for those groups which 1) have suffered a history of discrimination, 2) are powerless to help themselves and 3) are defined by immutable characteristics.

Not true; "protected class" status has also been afforded to religious minorities, and religion is certainly mutable.
