FOX says it's NOT a resignation. It likely will be a public apology?....

The time for apologies is over. If he wants to survive this at this late date, he needs to grow some cojones for once, and give a firm and complete explanation of what he DID mean with that statement.

By doing that, he should win back some of the respect he's lost, and, (in effect) tell his enemies to go to hell.

He needs to omit the, "I am the son of a sharecropper" garbage as he did in his first apology attempt on Hannity's radio show. I don't think he is capable of opening his mouth without inserting his foot at this point.

Isn't it interesting that Lott has said what he "didn't" mean, but given opportunity after opportunity, he has never explained what he "did" mean??
