Actually, Laurence Fishburne is pretty cool...he was Morpheus in The Matrix.

Idols with feet of clay..they are not the parts they play Devoid of souls they take on those of roles They neither write for themselves or imagine Wooden Hollow men and women of Hollywood

I guess these narcissists think this letter is supposed to mean something. They must think they are somehow wiser, and more astute than the people who have built their careers by facing/solving the problems in the real world. Instead of a life of pretense by portraying fictionalized characters.

The TV show "Politically Incorrect" displayed the total, and complete ignorance of celebrities. They really don't have a clue...

And THEY are qualified to give ADVICE....because....they PRETEND to be OTHER people??????? BAAAA WAAAAAHHHHHH

Exactly! What part of the real world do they live in? Just because you play a smart person on TV doesn't mean you are one!

The memo from Iraq admits they were developing nuclear weapons right before the Gulf war, which put a crimp in their plans.

I'm sure this same crowd would have attempted to stop the gulf war if they could have done so.

It's amazing they can sign their names.

I'll sign! And we can include a paragraph asking him to ignore letters from left-wing, idiotic entertainers.

Bo Derek is actually quite bright. Saw her on Larry King(along with Loretta Lynn and someone else) on women who supported Bush and she knows what she's talking about. She's not a stereotype and showed it. Dixie Carter came around, like all people with a conscience and said the Demonratic party was not for her!

BO was on Hollywood squares (I know I should be horse whipped for even watching occasionally) and Whoopi Gold-crap went out of her way to insult her(BO) intellect for being conservative. The host asked Whoopi a question, Whoopi made her inane comment and the camera panned to Bo's square to catch her reaction. Bo laughed it off but I was pissed to know that most people who saw it didn't understand the insult directed at BO.
Question: Did any of these 'celebrities' protest when Clit-on had our military fighting in the Balkans? or Were there outcrys from Hollywierd when the Rangers were slaughtered in Somalia? I'll bet that if Slick or Al were president not one peep would be heard from these nut jobs.

Lawrence Fishburne? Oh, man! There goes my pleasure in viewing The Matrix. Did that guy not even understand the film he was shooting?? Argh. This is just the very end. I will never again think of actors as having even a smidgeon more intellegence than any other hooker who plays a part for a few bucks. Geez, at least hookers don't need a script, though....

Laurence Fishburne is one of my favorites too. Too bad I will be adding him to my boycott list now.

It just irritates the hell out of me that some 130 million Americans support the President and his stand with Iraq while a few Hollywierd types get the attention they don't deserve.

By now it's axiomatic that Hollywierd opposes anything a Republican or even an American stands for.

These surrender monkeys need to ship out to France like they promised.

I'd add one of the greatest of that generation of stars...Clark Gable. The King of Hollywood was at the 52 Republican convention....introducing Ike I assume.

Around the time the Ocean's 11 remake was hitting the theaters, I saw an interview with colossal idiot George Clooney. He said something like, "I just finished doing a 51 city promotional tour! Clark Gable never had it this hard!" No, he was too busy flying bombing missions over Germany! Idiot!

We should start a letter to encourage Bush to continue with the war plans. We could pass it from area to area and get a thousand signatures.

Better yet, we could generate a letter signed by a thousand Freepers, addressed to these 100 nitwits - explaining the art of acting, what we think of the generally crappy movies they make, and that for the good of the country, they all need to go back to their restaurant jobs in West L.A.

I just saw Martin Sheen, LIVE... from that letter signing media blitz headquarters...on CNN. He was being interviewed about this letter signing. He was asked what if he was wrong. He responded in his best West Wing Presidential voice, "HOW could I be wrong?" He was as serious as cancer.

It is time for serious boycott of these mega-ego-manic loud-mouths and their overinflated so-called "talent".
