Geez, and here I thought that dropping the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was about bombing innocent civilians. I stand corrected, I guess.

It's pathetic he believes I'd care what he thinks about Iraq.

This is going to ruin my "Two Towers" cinematographic experience a tad... :~[

How much oil was used to shoot that movie, I wonder? Maybe Hollywood should start conserving first.

Sad to hear this... I loved him in this movie. Actors should learn. Of course they can have personal opinions, but when their opinions are louder than their acting talent, it makes the public choose. And we choose "Just say NO, to America haters."

Once these Actors and Actresses strap on a pair of tights they're experts on everything. Didn't Sissy Spacek become an expert on Appalachian poverty because she played a role in Coal Miner's Daughter?. Didn't Meryl Streep become an expert on Apple preservatives because she ate one on a movie set? I think we need to quit looking to Washington for direction and look at distinquished actors like Alec Baldwin and Barbara Streisand.

Well, even though this fool has this rediculous opinion, that does not change the meanings and intents of the author, J.R.R. Tolkien in his Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Excellent fantasy fiction, some of the best literature written. Don't let this guy ruin it for us! He is just an actor.

Strider (Aragorn of Arathorn)is one of my favorite characters in the book. Why in the world does he have to go political? I still love Strider in the book but I will ignore the actor who plays him!

Evidently he learned nothing from all his time with the trilogy, he still things the hobbits can just talk to Sauron and convince him to be a good guy?
Oh well, don't confuse actors with their part is the lesson I guess. It is sad to see on the special features on the new DVD that evidently Elijah Wood is a real pot mouth, but I still enjoy him as Frodo.
