The Democrat Party is beyond corrupt, It's also evil.

And what is this evil that triumphs when good men do nothing? What are we really talking about here and is it worth fighting for? Is it worth turning our heads and allowing evil to continue on while we do nothing? (and I count voting for a third party candidate when knowing that he has absolutely no chance of defeating the Democrat, and worse, actually planning and hoping to knock out the Republican candidate who otherwise might have defeated the Democrat, as doing nothing).

Corruption is accepting campaign cash from the Chinese in exchange for military hardware. Corruption is accepting campaign cash as bribes from Indonesian power brokers, from Buddhist Monks, from corrupt corporate moguls. Corruption is defined by the myriad criminal acts and practices of the Clintons and the Gores and their corrupt Democrat minions.

Corruption is the land grabs, the power grabs, the gun grabs, the bribery, the shady deals, the high crimes and treason. Corruption is the theft of campaign dollars through forced labor union deductions. Corruption is the systematic indoctrination of several generations of our youth with socialist dogma via government school systems. Corruption is the removal of God from public life and substituting in the evil homosexual/feminist agenda and the destruction of moral society. Corruption is lying to the public about global warming and the selling of the Kyoto treaty. Corruption is giving up our national sovereignty to the United Nations. Corruption is the abuses of office, obstruction of justice, lying, perjury and subornation of perjury.

The Democrat Party is thoroughly corrupt. There is no question about that, but it's way beyond corrupt. It's also evil.

Waco was evil. The killing of innocent men, women, children and babies is evil. Torturing them for weeks on end, gassing them, and then burning them alive is pure evil. This was perpetrated by a corrupt and evil Democrat Administration and covered-up by corrupt and evil Democrat Congressmen and Senators, many of whom you are saying should be allowed to remain in office even today.

And as bad as that is, it pales in comparison to the Democrat government sanctioned and funded wholesale slaughter of the most innocent life of all, the murder of innocent human life in the womb. This is evil. Pure evil. And this evilness is openly perpetrated by a thoroughly corrupt and evil Democrat Party. The same corrupt and evil Democrat Congress and Judiciary whom you are now saying deserve to remain in office.

IMHO, allowing these Democrats to remain in power is aiding and abetting the corruption and treason, and is acting as an accessory before and after the fact to the murderers of innocent human life. Is doing nothing and allowing this evil to triumph evil itself?

I love my country. I love the Constitution. I love life. I love God. I know that the Democrats hate my country, hate the Constitution, hate God and hate human life. I see that the only Party capable of blocking and defeating the evil Democrats is the Republican Party. I see that many races are so close that as little as a one percent siphon of conservative votes to a third party could be the difference between success and failure. I see allowing a Democrat to remain in power when it could have been prevented as a triumph of evil.

Republican Landslide 2002

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP)

- The Republican Party, already assured of Senate control, is mounting a determined campaign to oust freshman Sen. Mary Landrieu in a Louisiana runoff next month and deal another blow to discouraged Democrats.

SNIP

Dan Allen, spokesman for National Republican Senatorial Committee, said Friday a Terrell victory would be a coup.

"It's important because it allows Republicans to have another senator who will work with the President to get things done," he said.

Oh, sorry:

Mostly a politcal-insider type site, but their forum is lively and fairly balanced.

Another welcome to FR, you commie! ;-)

It isn't all quite as clear-cut as some pretend; many here are adherents of such "liberal" values as civil rights for all, protection against government intrusion, and a profound mistrust of power granted to authority with insufficient oversight. These are, of course, also "conservative" values. Yet there are many in both self-described camps who are eager to sell these for a mess of pottage - you'll see that debate on a daily basis. Welcome to the fray!

I got a kick out of those pathetic dumbocrat underground laments during the week after the election. I'm still trying to figure out what a "karmic hug" is! ;^)

To say something in DU's defense, I prefer their forum construction more than FR's. Or maybe I just don't know how to use FR properly. Oh well, that's my own fault. ;)

Also, DU's Crime/Corruption board was actually very good. It was called the "gun dungeon" because most of the posts there were about guns and gun control, which were almost always very informative and even-handed. Too bad only about 20 or so people visited that particular board regularly.

Please do not view me and/or other like Democrats in the same light as those who hate America and work for it's downfall. We in fact wish to work with you to rid our party and our country of those who wish evil upon it.

It's not Democrats we hate. It's commie-lib, authoritarian, groupthinking socio-fascists.

Unfortunately, the Democrat Party has been taken over by the latter.

The title of this post...

"To Michael Moore: Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son."

...from that site is worth it's own thread on Free Republic, IMO.

I've always said they are so beneath us. Why dignify that cesspool by acknowledging them in any way, shape or form?

I've been on a lot of forums and know exactly what you're saying...

I lurked here for over a year only because I couldn't figure the place out. It's like no other forum I've ever seen...Very confusing and VERY hard to learn how to post pictures and stuff (No idiot buttons).

But...

If Free Republic was set-up like DUhhh, it would get overwhelmed and be almost worthless. Just this post alone (at 65 posts) would be very slow on another kind of board (Like DUhhh). And then add-in the total number of threads and you've got a mess!!!

Yeah, this place is hard to navigate but I think for the volume of posts, it's set-up to be as easy as anything could be.

But do you not think it is of some value to demoralize and confuse their activists? Look at what FR has done. People like me who have never done anything overtly political got involved in the last election and actually freeped President Clinton. (And just wait until you see what we do when his library opens.)

Now on the other side is a little teeny-weeny baby embryo democrat free republic called DU. If it grows, it might one day promote democrat and leftist activism, which as we all agree, will please Satan and harm the good old USA. If some of us lone individual freepers can cause that website to stumble over itself and be full of self doubt. . .if we can sow confusion among its rank and file. . .if we can make elad and skinner behave like nazis ubersturmfuhrers and ban anybody with a good idea, then haven't we helped our side?

While you are correct that FR should not overfocus on what happens over in doo-doo underground, an occasional thread about them is sure good for morale (IMHO). parsy who has trod the dark realm.

Well, I must admit that I dont like the fact that Jim basically said that all DU posters will be banned. I do think though that what he means is that a massive influx of DU posters posting shrill rants will not be tolerated.

I did read your original post on DU. I must say that I employ a few really liberal types and my father is one as well. I tried to tell them that they lost because of the attitude that they are taking. They responded with fury. I was shocked but somewhat amused as I thought I was trying to be helpful.

You obviously know where the Dems are headed now and it is a sure path to suicide. I must admit I am thrilled to see it. Sorry, but I am a Conservative and when Lefties want to scream at me while I try to help them out, I am not going to become upset. LOL!

Regarding the hijacking of the Democratic party, I could not agree with you more. I have always been a Republican but I used to respect the Dems as the opposition. Now that the far left has taken control, I consider them the enemy. You dont need to read anything ominous into that, we Conservatives are law and order people, but they have galvanized us. When the "Commies" took over, I had little to no respect left for our opposition.

Ironically, the GOP has actually become much more moderate. If you stick around here, you will see quite a few Conservatives very angry at the GOP. Personally, I think it is a winning strategy and as the elections have shown, it truly is.

What is truly mind-boggling to me is that the more the GOP moves to the center, the more the Dems are going to the left and screaming about a right-wing extremist government.

Political parties do die. The DNC is older then the GOP, and we replaced a dying party. If you look at things historically, the GOP has plenty to be proud of. I am sure you are aware of your own party so I will not comment on thier accomplishments. The mid-twentieth century seemed to be thier last gasp.

I think the DNC is on its way out. The current course charted by the leadership is insane. It even threatens to split the Democratic party into several fragments.

I wish you all luck and just to let you know, I think that you might be the type of Democrat that I could work with and at least respect even if I disagreed with you.

Instead, they are marching headlong into Socialism... almost sad. I would like to comment more but I have probably bored you long enough. :D

I agree with you 100 percent. I went over there and had a read after the elections and it actually SHOCKED ME! I mean, this shocked someone like me who thinks they want to enslave the planet. If that is what I think about them, can you imagine what I read that left me shocked?

I actually SEND the DU link to my Democrat friends, without any commentary on it whatsoever. My belief is that when they see it, they will be shocked into enlightenment. :D

I know more Democrats turned independant then I can count. They got fed up with the DNC but could not quite bring themselves to ally with the party of evil...us. THats what they think anyway.

The DU is one of the better ways to turn people off to socialism.

Oh ... you are not boring me in the least my friend.

BTW you might find this of interest ... it is an excerpt from the Biology of Andrew Jackson :

http://www.whitehouse.gov/history/presidents/aj7.html

As national politics polarized around Jackson and his opposition, two parties grew out of the old Republican Party--the Democratic Republicans, or Democrats, adhering to Jackson; and the National Republicans, or Whigs, opposing him.
