"No new taxes", said Senate GOP leader Jim Brulte. "I have no intention of punishing taxpayers because liberals in Sacramento have overspent in the last three years against my advice."
This is really, really going to be fun to watch, especially if the Republicans show some spine and keep Democrat tax hikes off the table.
