I saw a picture of him when he was arrested in FL during the 2000 elections and he had tattoo's all up and down his arms. Maybe it was a fake with just his headshot. Anyone else see that?

My wife and I heard it when it happened and boy was he red faced embarassed, he promised that a slip up like that would never happen again,
Just a side note the next night Brit Humme called Shep the best news announcer he had ever worked with and I don't think Humme hands out compliments too often.
