Oh, I was assuming we were talking about traditional surveillance with suspected internal subversive groups. That's not usually done by the local MD police force, but the feds and their operatives. You know, infiltration, electronic monitoring, etc.
I'm guessing all muslim groups in this country have been watched carefully in the last year....including NOI.
