I met a lady this summer who took her government-issued credit card to Cannon Beach, OR and purchased a bunch of fancy-dancy artwork valued at $1,500 each, to pass out to her friends. I was shocked when her mother casually told me that she could afford it because she had a government credit card. I expressed my shock and ended up saying to her, "But that's MY money. Shouldn't she give me one of those things?"

What that lady did was criminal and she should be prosocuted. Since I know about the GPC program...I would have turned her in to the fruad, waste, and abuse people.
