Judge Napalitano just said the SCOTUS does not have jurisdiction. It must be the State Supreme court...or the District Court for nj.

It is true that SCOTUS does not have jurisdiction yet...but once an appeal is made from the NJSC or from the fed district court through the third circuit court of appeals, SCOTUS would then have jurisdiction.

If it violates the "equal protection" clause, it can and WILL be appealed to the scotus, EVENTUALLY, if our side is treated with any "inequity."
