Before the press conference, the judge on Fox confirmed that this is an UNTESTED law and will most definitely be challenged. Successfully, from the sound of things. He basically said that there is no way that a state governor can cancel a federal election.

He's asking to be removed and utimately someone else's name included. Should that not happen then they can just say, hey vote for the Torch and I'll not accept/nor the election and then the Gov. can appoint a replacement on Jan 3, 2003. Just musing but could happen?
