Don't think I can make the Oct. 1st meeting, but will definitely make it Nov. 5th to celebrate winning back the Senate!!!
If the numbers start looking too bad, I'll have to go home early 'cause I'll be sick sick sick which is what happened when they called Florida for Gore... my husband had to take me home.

Hey. I still have my sticker, but I can't make it next week. I will be attending November's though. Hopefully it will be an exciting and winning night.
Thanks goosie! I still have a little to complete and upload, but I could really use any input of links or ideas from all of the Chapter members. Any and all submissions are welcome! Everyone can also check the Events And Announcements page of our website for the time and place of upcoming events. I will keep the days on the calendars highlighted for easy reference.

A Good Morning BUMP for the Old North State Freepers. Thank you, mkm. Lot's of typing though...I decided to do it the hard way and code it by hand, but it's one of those things I love to do.
I feel we need more libertarian and constitution party links to add more balance. Back when you lost your harddrive, we ironically had one of our harddrives go bad, and our backup had fun when we were partitioning it and lost ALL of my data and a few thousand links, so I've been desperate to regather them. That's one of the reasons I would really love for any other links I can add to the site. I really want it to be representative of all Chapter members.

We'll try to deal with meeting "stuff" first so those that need to go can. If some can't show up until later, that's ok too.
CD has an hour drive home so I imagine he'll want to leave by 9 pm or so.

You're probably right, I do hope we get more response before Tuesday though. It's hard to have a NC chapter with only 3 members.I really, really want to be involved with the chapter, but I live in Lexington. The drive to Raleigh is no less than 2 hours 15 minutes. The drive up doesn't sound too bad, but then I have to drive back. ; * )
I'm hoping that I can arrange something so that I could make the Nov. meeting, but I just don't see making that drive every month. Has anyone ever considered doing 'live' meetings online. Like with AIM or something?

I don't know when they close, it doesn't say on their web site.
One cool thing I found by looking at the private party link though is that the room we will be using has a sound system with a TV and VCR. Hopefully they have cable or a satellite hooked up to the TV so we can watch the election returns in Nov.

We haven't discussed internet meetings before but that is something that we can talk about.
