The reason this is so shameful is because he fired all the district judges when he took office just so he could replace them. I don't believe it had been done before to this degree anyway.

I think you might be talking about the 92 US Attorneys. Clinton fired all 92 US Attorneys and then hired 92 new ones. Those are the fellows who control federal government prosecutions. That had never been done in our history, for a president to fire them all and hire his own. Sensible people knew then that he was corrupt.

You have that mixed up. Clinton (him) fired all the US Attorneys, and replaced them with his own boys and girls. No President can fire all the US District Court judges because they serve for life -- so says the Constitution.
