The only thing I would question is that we are better equipped. We had huge European armor at our disposal in the first Gulf War. We also were able to tap into Saudi money, which paid a large part of our expenses.

We have some better equipment now, but we are still suffering from clinton's weakening of our forces and drawdown of equipment and supplies.

I don't think these negatives will matter very much. This war will be fought differently from he last one, and I'm confident we will win it. But it will take more than a couple of years to repair the huge damage clinton did to our military. I suspect that our military is still very short of cruise missiles but that it has more than enough sexual-harassment instructors.
