Two of six kidnap victims beheaded in south Philippines

Two of the six Filipino Christians kidnapped earlier this week by Abu Sayyaf Muslim guerrillas in the southern Philippines have been beheaded, an army commander said.

The severed heads of the abducted men were found dumped in the southern island of Jolo, Brigadier General Romeo Tolentino said.

Tolentino, military chief of Jolo island, said a note was included with one of the heads, saying "those who do not believe in Allah will suffer the same fate."

One severed head was found dumped near the army headquarters in Jolo town late Wednesday while the second head was found wrapped in plastic near the public market on Thursday, he said.

The two men were among six followers of the Jehovah's Witnesses Christian sect seized by the Abu Sayyaf in Patikul town in Jolo on Tuesday while selling cosmetics and personal care products.

Two Muslims initially seized with the group were freed by the Abu Sayyaf, a group notorious for kidnapping and attacking Christians and foreigners.

Okay, firstly, I'd like to say I do not support any innoent life being lost. That right there is just sick. So, I'm sorry for these poor people, and their loved ones.
But, a Jehovah Witness is not by any stretch of the immagination a Christian. They have not obeyed the Gospel of Jesus Christ, been immersed in water, and added to the Lord's church.
It's so sad to see people misusing and abusing the word "Christian."

No disrepect, especially under these circumstances, but is this some new strategy for delivering the gospel? The Witnesses in my neighborhood are still pushing 'The Watchtower'. Or, do Muslims simply shun "personal care products"?

You are totally correct. Islam is a totalitarian political religion which seeks to impose itself by force on the entire world. It is a religion beyond the limits of tolerance in most cases. It must be comforting to sit in a tent, in a towel suit permeated with the smell of old gym socks, and have your inherent superiority assured by sharia,  local culture and koranic verses. No evidence to the contrary can shake the belief that you are the ultimate worthy, and that everything else is yours for the taking. Even the magnificent technological achievements of the kaffir or infidel, is not proof that unbeliever is a man like yourself. He is merely a source of revenue or object of subjugation; a dhimmi at best. The infidel's magnificent machines are never regarded as his achievement, but rather as a gift from Allah, an Alladin's lamp magically set your way to serve as an instrument of dominance over the unbeliever. An airliner is not the result of decades of aeronautical engineering, but only something to seize and crash into the midst of unbelievers.
