Our stupidity is in its terminal phase. As it is, our hi-tech industry and government IT contractors are flooded with engineers from overseas...Indian, Chinese, Pakistani, Russian (roughly in that order). They can directly effect the control and operation of very sensitive information and communications systems...the DoD attempted to force them out of the contractor's ranks this spring, but to no avail. The ITAA won the day with continued bogus claims of a skill shortage, and we still have them in almost every level of federal systems programming and systems analysis and design.

I've been screaming for years that they are an incredible security risk, but the globalist and free trade types just shrug it off. Has all our 'free trade' with China made them more open?. The only thing our trade has done is to feed their war machine.

Someday in the midst of a shooting match, our infrastructure will simply be shut down - banks, phones, grid systems, servers, logistics - down. It will take critical days or even weeks to recover. They'll find some of the bugs and backdoors built into the software, but it will be way too late.

Now we are selling off the physical infrastructure to boot. In light of the looming war in the middle east and the exposure it will bring to our armed forces, we had better wake up NOW, or lose it all!
