Pollard was a spy for Israel. Anything he stole, the Israelis were free to sell to others and, did so, almost certainly to our enemies (much like the Israeli settlers selling guns and ammo to the Palestinians in a nearby city where terrorists dwell). The Israelis don't care about Pollard, personally. But, they need him to convince the others that are spying for them in America, trying to steal information that can be sold, that, if caught, Isrel will back them and get them released.

Pollard must die in jail!!! That act must convince the other spies that, if they are caught and not executed, they'll die in jail. There is no reason to let him go and every reason to let him die where he is. Israel may be our ally in many regards, but they can be relied on to ALWAYS do what they think is in their own best long term interests, no matter what the effect might be on the US.

According to Gordon Thomas, author of "Seeds of Fire", the main reason Israel wants Pollard back is because of his analytical ability to decipher intel signals gathered through use of the stolen PROMIS software and with what Pollard still knows of what he saw and stole he would be invaluable to the Mossad, and everyone they do business with, which has included the Red Chinese. Israel's actions have shown they care not about the US, only what we can do for them. They have penetrated and compromised the deepest security of the US and should not be trusted to act in our best interest. But knee-jerk fanactics dont care about this. Someone has warped the Bible to fit with modern day Israel and the end times and they dont care about the getting to the facts, just their own emotions.

In other words, it would be the height of treason to let him go, with what the US knows that Israel and Pollard both know.

The other thing about this article that reeks is that the author seeks to compare Pollard to Clinton and therefore lessen the impact of Pollard's crimes to this country. What a zionist red herring. I will no longer look at Lobaido's articles the same way.
