Yeah, the staff of our cable company here is apparently composed of compleat idiots. They have apparently sublet their cable modem service to a bunch of people in Colorado who are far, far away (and never answer the phone when you need them.) We're supposed to have cable modem, but it's intermittent, so I spend a lot of time on phone modem, and half the time the TV cable is down too. It's not getting a very good signal right now, so I'm FR dependent for breaking news . . . ;-)
Thank goodness the folks here are on the ball 24/7!
