The success of Kennywood and the Waterfront defies all real estate logic of location, location, location. I'm glad they both succeeded. The city of Pittsburgh is still kicking themselves for not building a grand LOEWS Theater like the one in the WF. We even go to it from Weirton, WV

I know McKeesport, further up the Mon, is definitely outside Pittsburgh city limits,
But I always thought Homestead was part of the city.
