At least THREE. You left out the guy that was the state witness against him and Nicols. He was convicted but got less than ten years.

Thanks for the correction. IMO, however, the comparison is still relevant, in that the government had no problem labelling McVeigh a terrorist, even though they state he was not part of a larger network other than two other conspirators, but seem to be working very hard here not to call the shooter something other than a terrorist, and I for one find the parsing quite absurd.
