Fox just interviewed a French kid who witnessed the LAX shootings. AMAZINGLY, the reporter farted around for 10 minutes and never asked "What did the guy LOOK LIKE?" Thankfully, the anchor back at the studio prodded him into it, and the kid replied that the shooter was "Afghan-looking" "Arab-looking"...Sorry I'm paraphrasing. But I'll call it official: It's Terrorism.

Jim, I wish I was half as smart as you. Apparently you define terrorism as Bin Laden/Al Qaeda attacks only, or maybe when the death toll hits triple digits. We don't know the circumstances of this attack yet, but you are a fool if you don't think that Pali suicidehomicide attacks won't eventually hit our shores.

In my book, if a Muslim goes in and shoots up an El Al terminal, it doesn't matter if somebody sent him in, or he just decided on his own that this would be a good way to "hit back". The net effect is the same

Look up the concept of "leaderless resistance", where cells (or individuals) simply operate against the defined enemy without orders or coordination. In that mode of operation, while efficiency is reduced, the other side's intelligence-gathering/infiltration/monitoring problem is made insurmountable.

Do you have reading comprehension problems or did you just kneejerk without actually reading what I wrote? I stated that the shooting was most likely the attack of an Arab doing what Islamic fundamentalists do best. I quesitoned the notion that the shooting was a result of him working with a terrorist organization.

PERHAPS we just have different definitions of "terrorism"- here's an event which you apparently would not define as meeting your definition, but which I would define as meeting mine: man of arab decent enters El Al ticket line and starts shooting because he hates Jews. I DON'T CARE if it's coordinated by Osama Bin Laden or not!

Look, I'm one of the most avid anti-police state ranter around. I took a lot of heat for my position on Padilla the traitor scumbag. I was very troubled by the fact that he had no process whatsoever. IMO he's a citizen and should have the same 5th and 6th amendment rights as we do, as unpleasant as that sounds.

We must distinguish between citizens and non-citizens however. I for one do not believe constitutional rights extend to anyone who happens to set foot in this country. Arab foreigners being told "sorry but your people have ruined it for you so you have to go home now" is not in any way violating them or robbing them of any rights. They would just have to go back home. Screw their feelings.

If it were citizens being rounded up that would be different. Allowing Islamist Arab males to wander amongst us with is comparable to allowing Nazi sypathizing Germans to do the same during WWII. It's foolish and dangerous.

If we got rid of these people and sealed or borders NOW, we could go back to normal (as opposed to the "new normal") and end this craziness. It really is that simple.

Their "right" to be here is nonsense, they have no right to be here ...they're guests. If sending thousands of them home will save one innocent American woman or child we should do it now.

"The 52-year-old gunman had approached another person at the counter and opened fire shortly before noon, said Alex Baez, a police spokesman. There was no immediate indication of his identity, nationality or motive."

They know he's 52 and don't know his race or nationality? IMO this most certainly means he was an arab and the PC crowd is covering up.
