Testimony is scheduled to resume Tuesday. The judge will hear more motions tomorrow.
KEY TESTIMONY DURING THE fourth WEEK of trial Witnesses James Watkins, a San Diego police computer forensics examiner, said 85 of the thousands of pornographic images found on disks and computers in Westerfield's home appeared to be child pornography. Mitchell Holland, lab director of the Bode Technology Group in Virginia, testified that DNA from hair found in the sink of Westerfield's motor home and from a bloodstain on the motor home's carpet matched Danielle's DNA. Jim Frazee, a canine handler with the Sheriff's Department, said a dog trained to look for cadavers sat, made eye contact and barked outside a storage compartment on Westerfield's motor home.
