Here is yet another report of Chinese support for al-Qaeda, both before and after 9/11, in conjunction with the ISI in Pakistan. We shouldn't focus on Iraq as the only possible state sponsor.

Er, it's the same report, repackaged by Newsmax.Whoops, sorry about that -- you're right. They did append a reminder of Jiang Zemin's propaganda videos extolling the WTC attack; apparently they were quite popular in China. But the new material is just taken from the Washington Times article.
