Hey Val..thanks for the info in the earthquake....we did not feel a thing at all, here, in Olympia...I sure hope that was it, and it was not just a warning of bigger things to come...those earthquakes are just too scarey for me..

On Saturday, we went over to the west side of Olympia, and went through downtown Olympia, and then went to go on the bridge which goes over Percival Landing...Thats acutually the first time I had been over that way since the big earthquake last year...

That earthquake last year, really was supposed to have damaged that bridge, and sure enough, they have got it all torn up, and are building another bridge...its quite a mess right now, but I guess it will be much better once all the construction is done...

Freepers

Amy reported Saturday 6-15-02 approximately $2300 in the mail box. Jim has received around 1800 from PayPal. I expected a total of $8200

Normally we do not expect the mail box to go empty till ten days after the Freepathon is over. That would be June 27th. This is very early in the mailbox game to have half of the expected already in. I used 1.2 as the Million Freeper Math Formula this time.

Methinks the 1.2 is a wee bit low. I wouldn't be surprized if the mailbox and Paypal would hit $12,000, which would put our total effort at $75,000 or 107% of our goal.

Stay tuned. I'll update on this thread as it happens.

Not a chance . It is so fluid and it would take days to put the first one together. Because of the way the info comes in and what I need to keep the current monthly file is 219 pages.

Consider the following.

During the Freepation

I received 439 non donation type E-mails

1,157 Donation related E-Mails

250 Freepmails

I sent 1021 E-mails, and at least 225 Freepmails

Total correspondence handled 3,868 not counting those deleted.

Now if you understand that I type with two fingers and one finger is notoriously bad. : ) this does require the skill of a one armed wallpaper hanger.

The average donation requires about three minutes of concentrated effort before the credit card numbers are even input to the processing company.

Without Willa's help, I'd be a blubbering idiot, and four days behind.

I am not telling you all this for sympathy. BUT. during the next Freepathon, if it "aint" real important, write your mother instead. She and I will both be very appreciative. : )
