If the Second Ammendment protects guns, why doesn't the absence of any mention of drugs in the Constitution eliminate the DEA? Oh, I get it, the Constitution only means what you think it means on any given day! I think it means I deserve a check for a million dollars! My lucky day, anyone can interpret the Constitution to mean anything.
