"God did not create Satan. He created Lucifer as an angel. Lucifer exercised his free will and became Satan (The Adversary)."

Please see the earlier posts -

With the full knowlefge of the consequences of His creating, He created entities without the necessary will power to keep from being seduced by "the dark side".

It's as if I design a car with bad brakes, them blame the car for not stopping.

Since God created the basic concepts of good and evil themselves, He knows exactly how evil operates. ( Exactly how HE wants it to operate)

Could God create good without creating evil ? Perhaps not, the concept of free will seems to need both good and bad.
But God is all-powerfull, surely He could make free will and good without being forced to create evil, so the creation of evil was a choice, something he required in the world.

I read the earlier posts, thus I made the distinction between Lucifer and Satan.

God created us with free will. He did not create a race of robots. Just like anyone else, He wants acceptance and love given freely, not a subject race of obedient automatons.

Whether evil can good can exist independent of one another is a philosophical debate that goes back at least 1800 years, so I rather doubt we will resolve it here.

Nevertheless, I fail to see your point in relation to the subject at hand: AIDS and the actions which lead to it.

so the creation of evil was a choice, something he required in the world.

Of course, because without it, we would have no choice on how to behave. We would be the race of obedient robots that Skooz described. You need darkness in order to see the light. There has to be some contrast.
